Sudheendra Rayabhagi is a seasoned Agile leader, Product Manager, and transformation consultant with over 17 years of experience driving large-scale digital initiatives in the banking and financial services domain. He has worked across roles including Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, and Product Owner, helping organizations adopt and scale Agile effectively.
He is known for his practical, experience-driven perspectives on modern agility, including the CORE model—a diagnostic lens to identify hidden challenges in team performance—and Context Agility, which focuses on improving decision-making in dynamic environments.
Sudheendra is currently developing a new leadership approach that redefines how teams align, collaborate, and evolve in complex systems, and is also working on a book that explores the deeper human and systemic aspects of Agile transformation.
