Sara is the first, and so far, only woman in the world to become both an Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) as well as a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) through Scrum.org. She is an ICAgile authorized instructor for the classes “Enterprise Agile Coaching” and “Coaching Agile Transformations” and a Professional Coach (ICF-PCC) with the focus to nurture excellent leaders globally. Sara is using her voice to bring people’s true capacity forward without compromising on their well-being and is all in for a steady rhythm of heartbeats of humanization. When sharing space, you will notice her powerful presence and sharp questions.
