Esther Schmit
Esther Schmit is a facilitator, trainer, speaker, and community builder with a passion for helping people learn, connect, and grow.
She is the founder of Agile Pro Center, the creator and host of the Online Scrum Master Summit, and a co-organiser of Women in Agile Europe. Esther is also a speaker at international conferences, where she shares practical insights on Agile, facilitation, and leadership.
Known for her high energy, warm and structured approach, and strong organisational skills, Esther creates engaging learning experiences where people feel comfortable to share ideas, build meaningful connections, and turn insights into action. She particularly enjoys bringing people together and creating environments where learning and collaboration happen naturally.
Karla Merza
Karla Merza is an Agile leader, coach, and educator passionate about helping teams work smarter and leaders grow with confidence. She partners with global organizations to strengthen Agile practices, improve collaboration, and deliver meaningful, sustainable results.
Her background spans both technical and business roles, from corporate environments to entrepreneurship, giving her a practical, real-world perspective. In addition to implementing Agile frameworks, she coaches leaders, speaks at industry conferences, and teaches âAgile Project Management and Advanced Leadershipâ courses, helping bridge the gap between theory and everyday leadership.
