Charlotte is a South African Senior Agile Delivery Consultant with experience working across multiple industries, roles, and organisational environments. She focuses on improving systems of work while enabling the people within them to perform, grow, and take ownership. Charlotte also serves as Chair of the Scrum User Group of South Africa and contributes to global Agile conference organising teams.
